We will take the time to understand your property, your situation, and what you are looking for. If we think we can help, we will say so honestly. If we think we are not the right fit, we will say that too.
We take on a small number of new clients each year and are thoughtful about which properties and relationships we enter into. This is not a gatekeeping exercise — it is a reflection of the way we work. We cannot do what we do well at scale, and we do not try to.
